Unicorn Dating ("the Service") is provided by Data Informatics Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), an Australian company. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must complete identity verification within 7 days of signing up to continue using messaging and discovery features.
You agree not to misrepresent your age, identity, or photographs.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or stalk other users.
Upload sexually explicit imagery. Suggestive content is allowed; explicit nudity is removed by automated moderation.
Upload images of anyone other than yourself, or images you do not have the right to use.
Solicit money, sell goods, or use Unicorn Dating for commercial purposes.
Use the Service to facilitate any illegal activity.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing service from our data.

Content moderation

We use automated and human review to moderate uploaded content. Content that violates these terms may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or terminated. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as legally required.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly via Stripe. Apple and Google manage their own billing terms. Direct subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled per the platform's standard policy.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Disclaimer

Unicorn Dating provides a platform for connection. We do not vet users beyond the verification process described, and we are not responsible for users' behaviour off-platform. Meet other users in safe public locations and trust your instincts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
